How is the market fairing in Huntsville Al? Well, we are having some ups and some downs. What is up is the number of days on the market. Now at 91!. This is still a very normal and fairly quick sale market.
What else is up? There is still a slight uptick in price between June of 2023 and July of 2023 (0.8%). From one year ago the price is pretty flat.
What is down? Inventory? We still did not add as many homes to the market this month as were added last month. Sellers, it is still a good time to sell. 
Huntsville Alabama is still one of the best places to live and a rapidly growing city. There are many jobs and the economy is thriving. It is still time to get in on a great buy in a growing area.
