Updates That Pay!

Want to update your home and get the most bang out of the dollars spent?  Try doing a few eye catching ideas.  Start with some small things and move up from there.  How about the knobs on your cabinets?  Are they outdated? Try adding a more modern knob to help your cabinets pop.  Updating light fixtures in just a few spots can reallly give the whole house a face lift.  Try changing out the ones in the master bath, the kitchen, entry way and dining area.  Update outdated plumbing fixtures, especially the kitchen faucet. If you have some rooms that have darker or trendy paint colors, it is a good idea to go with more nuetral lighter colors.  Don't be satisfied with a sloppy paint job, hire a professional.  Granite in the kitchen is a near "must have" in today's market.  Curb appeal offers your buyer the first look at your home, so spruce it up!  Trim bushes and paint the front door.
